Hai Ninh Nham Do

Master student in Mathematics, specializing on Numerical PDEs and Control Theory.

I'm a Master student in Mathematics (preparing for graduation and doctoral stage) at Rheinland-Pfälzische Technische Universität Kaiserslautern–Landau (RPTU) under the supervision of Professor Tobias Damm. Currently, I'm a Research Assistant/Master student thesis in Data Science and Applications (DSA) Lab, DFKI Kaiserslautern, working under MSc. Jan Tauberschmidt and Professor Sebastian Vollmer.

My research focuses on learning-based control and perception methods for complex physical systems, with particular emphasis on deep reinforcement learning, numerical modeling, and uncertainty-aware decision making. I am interested in bridging rigorous mathematical formulations; such as numerical PDEs, stochastic analysis, and optimal control with modern machine learning techniques to enable adaptive and autonomous control in real-world environments.
